The BSR allows you, (the most important person in baseball, The Fan, who makes baseball possible), to be a part of each game, by you personally, inserting the pertinent information for each completed game. At the end of the season you will have your own personal BSR for your favorite team(s) and no doubt over time; it may then become a valuable collector’s item, and grow in value, much the same way as Baseball Cards have today.
If you are fortunate enough to get an autographed signature on your BSR, even from rookies, who are the future superstars in the making, the BSR could become a valuable collector’s item, worth many times more than the original cost of the BSR. By using a quality ink pen for your entries, your BSR should last a lifetime as a clear record of the past baseball season. If your team is a Division, or World Series participant, you may be a big winner too. You will have something tangible to display, or perhaps trade of sell, to collector’s nationwide.
BSR’s can be printed on legal size (8.5" X 14") paper. Legal size offers more room for entries and are printed horizontally in landscape format for ample room for data entries. They come in three attractive styles:
1. Basic BSR’S ($2) have the Home Games on the first page and the Road Games on the second page, arranged in the order of the date in which the games are played. Postponed games can be left blank until the game is made up; with a notation in the margin as to the actual date the game was played.
2. The Sequence BSR’s ($3) are arranged in the order the games are played with both the Home Games and the Road Games intermixed as the season progresses.
3. The Color BSR’s ($4) follow the same arrangement as the Sequence, except the Home Games are in a Rose Color, and the Road Games are in a Sky Blue color, to make following the games throughout the season easier, and be more attractive for gifts, if printed on a good quality color inkjet or laser. If you loose your BSR or it becomes damaged, you may order a new one and begin again.
NOTE: Make sure your color printer has the right size paper (Legal Size), loaded in your printer, and ample ink/toner. |
